A native Iowan, Katy graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1991 with a BFA in Jewelry and Light Metals. Realizing her love of jewelry could not be limited to the bench, Katy expanded her education through professional practice with several of this country's leading designers. From New York to New Orleans, the sales, marketing and business experience clarified her vision of a contemporary jewelry showcase for modern collectors like herself. Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry opened in 1998.  The Beh family looks forward to the future of Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry as well as their beloved New Orleans.
