DELIVERY
Purchases are shipped within 2 days of receipt, Out Of Stock items may be available for Special Order. Because Kay Beh Contemporary Jewelry specializes in hand-made, limited edition artisan and designer jewelry some pieces may require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. You will be informed of availability at the time of your purchase. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING
If shipped USPS, the shipping charges are FREE! Insurance is included. Otherwise, all orders are shipped via insured UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Orders received before 12pm CST will ship the same day if the item is in stock. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address or U.S. territories.

Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping prices are subject to change. Sales tax is not added unless we are shipping to within Louisiana (4%) or Orleans Parish (9%).

IN-STORE PICK-UP
If you live in New Orleans or will be in town, you can stop by and pick it up. Just select In-Store Pick-Up when you check out.

RETURNS
Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit, providing you have your sales or gift receipt.
We do not give refunds.
Special and Custom Orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Featured jewelry that is out of stock may be ordered and is considered a Special Order.
Featured jewelry designs altered for specific client requests (other than ring size and chain length) are considered Custom Orders.
All Special and Custom Orders must be paid in full before the order is processed.
Complimentary adjustments and ring sizing must be made within 30 days of purchase, providing the piece is in new condition.  Not all adjustments are complimentary.

FAQS
Prices are subject to change without notice.
As all gemstones are unique, colors may vary. Inclusions are not flaws. They give your gemstone character & show that it is authentic.
As all pieces are handmade, execution may vary. This indicates that your jewelry was made by an artist, not a machine.

LAYAWAYS
A 50% deposit is required to create a layaway account. The balance must be paid within 90 days.
A 15% service fee will be charged on cancelled accounts.

GIFT WRAP
All purchases are placed in Katy Beh’s signature drawstring jewelry pouch with the artist’s biography. The pouch is packaged in our white gift box and hand tied with Katy’s favorite satin gold ribbon. If your purchase is a gift, your personal note will be hand written on a Crane’s note card. A gift receipt will be included.

GIFT CARDS
Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry Gift Cards are available in the amount you choose and are not taxed. As our Gift Cards are wrapped in Katy Beh’s white gift box and hand tied with satin gold ribbon, they are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges will be applied.

RING SIZES
The sizing of rings is often a tricky process.  Many factors including air travel, spicy foods, alcohol and hot weather can dramatically influence finger size.  Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry guarantees that rings will be the size ordered; however, we cannot guarantee the size of your finger.

If you believe that your hand may be swollen, we strongly suggest a ring ordered not be processed until an accurate size is determined, either by a visit to Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry, by a reputable jeweler in your home city or by using a ring gauge which we can provide.

The first time we adjust the size of a ring the service is complimentary, providing the piece is in new condition and within 30 days of purchase.

If the ring size must be adjusted again, or if it is the first time we adjust the size of a ring that was especially made for you, the following charges apply.  Please note that tax or shipping fees may be applied as well.  Ring sizing prices are subject to change.
